Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitchen Hub mobile application and related services ("Service") provided by Yair Abramovitch ("we", "us", "our"), an individual developer. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Parties and Acceptance

• You — the user of the Kitchen Hub app.
• We — Yair Abramovitch, the operator of the Service.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Kitchen Hub is a household management app that lets you manage shopping lists, recipes, and chores, optionally with other household members. Some local/guest features may be available without an account, but sync, households, account deletion, and paid/subscription features require sign-in. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and Household Rules

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
• Household membership, invites, and roles are subject to in-app rules and our policies. You must not use the Service to harass others or to share content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Transmit malware, spam, or content that is harmful, abusive, or infringing.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service beyond normal personal or household use, unless we agree in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or abused the Service.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

• The Service (including design, code, and branding) is owned by Yair Abramovitch or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.
• You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. lists, recipes, chores). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You represent that you have the right to provide any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yair Abramovitch from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion via the app or by contacting yair.solutions.19@gmail.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons, with notice where required.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. for legal compliance).

10. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through the applicable app store and/or subscription provider. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing management may be governed by the app store or provider terms in addition to these Terms. We may use purchase and entitlement information to provide, restore, and support paid features.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required by law, notify you or ask for your consent. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
